Who operates KINTAG, and under which law. This page stands on its own: you are entitled to it whether or not you have agreed to anything, which is why it is not a section of the terms.

A registered address, a company registration number and a VAT number belong here. They do not exist yet: KINTAG is operated by a person, not by a company. That gap is stated rather than filled with something that is not true.
What KINTAG is
KINTAG stores emergency information a rider chooses to publish — blood group, allergies, medication, the people to call — and shows the parts they switched on to whoever scans the QR code on their gear. It is free, and it is an informational tool rather than a medical device.
The page a rescuer opens makes no request to any third party. That is a property of the product, described in the privacy notice and enforced by its tests, not a promise made only here.
Applicable law
KINTAG is operated from the Republic of Panama by the person named above, and Panamanian law governs it. A dispute that cannot be settled directly belongs to the competent courts of Panama City.
That does not take away the protection you have at home. Where the law of the country you live in gives you consumer rights that cannot be signed away — including, in many places, the right to bring a claim in your own courts — those rights still apply and come first.
Intellectual property
The software behind KINTAG, its interface and its documentation belong to the operator named above. Third-party components are used under their own licences.
What you put into KINTAG is yours. Nothing about storing it here transfers any right in it to us.
Reporting a problem
Anything about the service goes through the contact form, including security reports — pick the security subject and it is routed to the right place instead of sitting in with general enquiries. The operator's own address is below for anyone who needs to write directly.
